The Career Soldiers are a punk rock band from Encinitas, California, a suburb of San Diego. They were formed in August 2002 and have been playing and touring since then. They began playing shows at local open mic nights, but have since started playing shows with larger street punk and hardcore punk bands such as The Unseen, Clit 45, The Casualties, Kill Your Idols, A Global Threat, Lower Class Brats, The Virus, Cheap Sex, and UK Subs. They have released a full length CD on ADD Records, run by the members of The Unseen. After the summer 2005 tour with Cheap Sex, they plan to tour fall of 2005 with The Unseen and A Global Threat.
